The Holiday season is in full swing in Weaverville, CA. Wonderful events have started and the town looks beautiful and festive. The 20 paintings in 30 days annual fundraiser for the Main Street Gallery was well attended last night and red dots were flying to works on the walls. I was invited to participate and to show 20 new works I have developed in the last 30 days. I used a 6" X 6" format and floated the work on a grass textured matt board. Thanks to all who made purchases of original artwork for this event. ( I will be adding new pastels in the spot where sold pieces found new homes this Thursday, 12/12 so please stop by again and check it out.) So much fun. Raffle tickets are being sold for a Chuck Prudhomme original oil painting, and dinner tickets were going fast for the December 14th event. All proceeds go to support the gallery. Sales will go through the month of December. Thank you all for supporting the gallery and I appreciate you all for your patronage.
The painting," Del Loma, Trinity River Bend", 12" X 24" pastel/dry pigment, is available at the Highland Art Center, Weaverville, CA
